If the UK needs a new law to fight protestors I'd recommend something very simple which can't be abused by the Police.

If the UK needs a new law to fight protestors I'd recommend something very simple which can't be abused by the Police.
Though I'm not sure one is needed since they're clearly causing alarm distress and danger to drivers, so just pick them up for causing a public order offence
